Director
Karen is the Director and Salon owner at Oak & Rutherford, and she brings a wealth of experience and talent to the team. Her passion for hairdressing began with a desire to bring out the natural beauty in every client. She is naturally talented at cutting and specialises in natural colours, but does love a bold creative colour too! Karen takes great pride in being in charge of such an amazing team, dedicated to providing the best quality service possible, all while she strives to create an exceptional salon experience for our clients.

Stylist
At Oak & Rutherford, we are lucky to have Chloe as one of our talented stylists.
She joined our team in Oct 2022 and has shown herself as a talented colourist. As our blonde specialist she has quickly become a trusted member of our team. Chloe works tirelessly to create beautiful blondes of all shades and is always looking to improve her skills. We are proud to have her as part of our salon family.
